3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
